The organization  Dress for Success helps women who have struggled through personal or financial challenges and are looking to reenter the workforce. According to stats Canada, the employment rate of women 25 to 54 is sitting at 79.8% in 2019. That’s the highest it’s been since 1976.

Jennifer Carey was hired at a bridal boutique that has a strict professional dress code. This single mom of two is able to meet those requirements with the help of Dress For Success. Her new wardrobe has helped build her confidence and has opened up a world of possibilities.

Women empowering women is where Dress For Success thrives. Inspiring every customer with a free wardrobe, encouragement and support.  Two hundred and fifty women volunteer their time at Dress for Success.

If anyone is interested in donating gently used professional clothing or donating money or volunteering, you can click on the Dress for Success link above for more information.
