The Table Food Hall is a location on campus that offers many food and drink choices, as well as lots of seating areas for groups to gather. Open on weekdays from 7:30a.m. to 2p.m. and closed on weekends. (Jaxon Riste, CMRU)
Campus offers three separate meal plans, allowing students and staff a variety of food and drink options. These meal plans include ten per cent discounts to the campus vending machines, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Jugo Juice, Barrow Coffee, and The Table Food Hall. The three dining plans include the Classic, On-The-Go, and MRU Eats.
Classic Plan
The Classic plan offers around $400 (dining dollars) per month for the whole semester. This option is designed for those who spend most of their time on campus, or who live in residence. This plan is offered for the price of $1600.
On-The-Go Plan
The On-The-Go plan is a more affordable plan for those who do not live on campus, offering $250 (dining dollars) per month for the whole semester. This plan costs a total of $1000.
MRU Eats
The MRU Eats plan provides everyone with the ability to choose from their preferred vendors using their ONECard. This plan starts at a cost of $100, which then allows students, faculty and staff to add their own funds to their account.
MRU Eats has been widely regarded as the most efficient plan for everyone, as it is the most cost effective and readily available option for everyone who comes to campus. It allows everyone to pay for their food and drinks at select vendors using their ONECard, which automatically applies the ten per cent discount.
Living on your own can be difficult, especially for the first time. That is why MRU has created many options to make campus life convenient for everyone. The MRU dining plans are just one of many perks available for all students, faculty and staff here at MRU.
